Question about who is eligible to vote in the runoff |

Ummm...who is allowed?:) We had a very close sheriff race here that was lost by 29 points. Because of who is involved, I would certainly be curious about any monkey business and illegal voting.

- If you did not vote in ANY primary. - If you voted in the Dem primary. - And did not sign a petition. (edit: Maybe -- not sure about this now that I think about it. Cause it's not gubernatorial.)
