Fascinating website for home appraisals

Since we've had several discussion threads about the appraisal of our houses and land, I thought I'd share this freakishly fantastic website I just found.

Just plug in any address - plug in your own - and it will give you a satellite view of all the homes in your neighborhood with $$ appraisals over the photos. Click on yours or any other home and other details pop up - number of bedrooms, square footage, date the home was built, appraisal value over time.

Good grief, this is fascinating. Now you really can keep up with the Joneses.

Saw where it gave totally different square footages and room types for houses with the exact same floor plan.
