COLLIN COUNTY – A 22-year-old Arkansas man was arrested Thursday after sheriff’s deputies found about 80 pounds of marijuana stashed in the wheels of his car, county officials said.

Salvador Coronado-Garcia was stopped at FM 455 on US Highway 75 near Anna at about 11:40 a.m. Thursday for speeding, said Collin County Sheriff spokesman Lt. John Norton.

The deputies loaded their trunk with the 50 pounds of marijuana and proceded to the Collin County Sherrif's Department. Once there they, turned over the 30 pounds of marijuana to the evidence room. Garcia will be facing trial for posession of a joint.
