1. I have to admit to a certain bias against Ms Cole.

A tawdry tale involving a shipment of defective parts, extraordinarily long wait times in the Tech Support queues and a most unfortunate phone problem, where angry customers enjoyed a continuous loop of "Where have all the cowboys gone?" It made for some delightful conversation.

2. I wonder

how many songs have been ruined in people's mind through the torture of waiting in phone queues? I know I get to the point of hitting "0" every few seconds in the hope of getting something remotely human.
