But the 1st amendment trial that I told you started this week went all day today as well. The good news is that we won!!! We got carried away in the moment and did a bit of celebrating. I need a clone. I am so sorry to have missed the dynamic duo of Van Os and Gilbert.

Congratulations to Jim Harrington, his law clerks and interns that did a fabulous job at the Texas Civil Rights Project. Justice does move slowly. This trial is related to an incident that occurred at the Governor's mansion in 2001 when the bush king first came back to Texas. Five years later we finally got justice.

I'll try to catch you this weekend at the brunch.
