3. I don't think you have anything to worry about, I think MM would be thrilled

that you're getting the message out. During the 04 (S)election there were a lot of people holding house parties where they screened movies. I'm pretty sure that as long as you have your donation jar, there shouldn't be any legal problems, however, I'm not an attorney.

And if you want to cover yourself on the donation front, maybe you could have a small table with the donation jar set up nest to the refreshment table and not at the door. That way, it doesn't look like donations are for "entrance".
