Just returned from a Texas Democratic Women candidate's forum in Dallas tonight...

I am jazzed. And it looks like the other 150 Democrats jammed into that room are pretty jazzed, too.

We got to see all three primary candidates for TX-32 who want to unseat Pete Sessions. We also saw both serious Senate candidates (Noriega and McMurrey) and a slew of candidates for state representative, sheriff, county judge, etc. There were a lot of great speeches tonight, and I don't think anyone's left the meeting feeling disappointed.

And yes, I got to shake hands with both McMurrey and Noriega. So I'm a little psyched. It's gonna be a great campaign season.
