I may not have seen the trouncng that JE obvioously gave Darth Vader, but those who are not as critical as most of us are... obviously saw something some of us did not....
Next time will try to listen to the debate with no political eyes.

Many NBC affiliates have outsourced their web efforts to a company which not only hosts them, but provides templates for the non-technical people at the station to update the content on a regular basis. They also provide a pool of content the station can choose to show on their site.
This is why the polls are identical - they are pre-canned and chosen by the station to run at a certain time.

It's a shared pool. You vote for (let's say for example purposes) on the Denver NBC affiliate's site which is also hosted by this ISP and you are adding to the same poll the Dallas NBC affiliate pulls results from.
So by going through the list that Skinner provided of the shared stations, you actually voted multiple times in that poll. However, the Freepers were doing the same thing, so it balances out and becomes a national poll.

I want Texas to go BLUE!!
Thanks for that information. I'll settle for a national Blue. Dallas can catch up later.

Dallas proper is Blue, that's why they gerrymandered it so badly to screw Frost. It's most of the suburbs that are not.

I always went to his town hall meetings, when I lived in his district (late 80's, early 90's).
Does he still have those?
I know at least one person who lives in his district now.
Currently reside in one of the burbs. We're workin on it.

And we do not have someone running against Sam Johnson, so my primary excitement in the actual voting is to help the state wide candidates such as Van Os and to register something of a Democratic presence in CC through my Kerry/Edwards vote.
But to answer your question, Martin hosted several town meeting halls on Medicare last year. I can't recall anything from this year, but someone who lives in his district might remember something specific.
