I'm all for Saturday. We could drive down Friday night after work, (hopefully I could out of here a tad early) then drive back on Sunday.

I'm still working on reprehensor. We're just going to get our Halloween party out of the way on October 30th, so not sure how fat our pocketbooks will be after that.

Thanks for the generous offer of advance tix, dittie! I'll do my best between now and then to get a definite answer for you.

I just found out one of the non-profits I serve as a board member for, has scheduled a retreat that weekend of 11/13- 11/14. Sh*t!! And I can't get out of it. We're a small non-profit.

23. I have researched Vitamin C, and haven't been convinced...

But I am taking Cold-Eeze zinc lozenges and Zicam, both of which have some very positive studies to back them up. I am also taking vitamins and using hand sanitizer several times a day!LOL

and i'm not sick so no worries about me. :) but yeah, i get antsy when i'm about to leave on vacation & my clients decide that's the time to bring their incredibly sick & highly contagious kids with them to the office.

There's room in my SUV for us all.

I'll be picking up tickets tomorrow morning. We should leave as early Saturday morning as everyone can handle (8? 9?) in order to arrive at the Festival grounds about one hour later.

Beer and wine sales in the past have begun at 11 a.m.; there is a parade of the Festival's King, Queen their Court, other costumed participants and guests that begins at noon; food, drink, and festivities throughout the day (until dusk).

Wear your most comfortable shoes and bring a sweater or jacket; forecast high temperature for Saturday is 60.

would be perfect, as the grounds open at 9; there's still lots of fun things to see and do, especially before the huge crowds arrive and we can leave early if we wish and not feel as if we missed something.
