Dallas: Get Out the Vote / Adopt A Precinct Training, Oct 15

Friday, October 15th at 6:00 p.m. at the DCDP office (4209 Parry Ave., Dallas TX 75223)

Time is short! There are only THREE weeks left to make a difference! Now that voter registration is over, WE NEED your help with other volunteer opportunities. Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or just starting out, WE NEED YOU. Please attend our Get out the Vote (GOTV) / Adopt a Precinct Training, where you will learn about Precinct Walking, GOTV techniques, and other volunteer opportunities in the run up to Election Day.

AND, if you choose, you'll be given your Very Own Precinct, specially chosen from a targeted, high-potential list of Democratic precincts, to adopt! These are traditionally Democratic precincts that are not being worked by any specific campaign and could really use YOUR GOTV attention! You can make a significant impact with these precincts!

- Canvassing 101.
- How to organize a canvass.
- Handouts, flyers, and other fun tools.
