1. We're working on our challenge
All kinds of crap pulled by the Clinton camp here, like completely disregarding the TDP & elected officials mocking their own constituents.

2. I am told that this typical for El Paso politics
My ex-father in law used to be active in El Paso politics and he told me that this is very typical.

I hope that the Obama campaign files a challenge.

3. On ElPaso and Webb
These kind of political machines and back room deals is bad for the party.

All they new people who were participating for the first time and see this kind of behavior have their beliefs reinforced - that it doesn't matter that you vote.

We do this to ourselves.

4. I do tip my hat to SD 15
SDEC male Ken Yarbrough did a great job staffing committees, etc. 7-7 each with a random appointed head.

My only gripe with us was nominations and rules being unable to handle the difficult task of long division. We went 158-59 Obama. Once we challenge, it will be 160-57.

5. Didn't they bring a calculator?
We had two laptops on our Nominations committee for Obama. I can not believe in this day and age, people don't think about those things. Maybe in the instructions for future years the people making those assignments will tell the Nominations committee - they must bring a calculator. :eyes:
