Wendy Davis' campaign is under challenge by Kim Brimer. She will be giving a response on Tuesday morning to the media. The press conference will be held on the south steps of the Tarrant County courthouse shortly after 10:30 a.m. and wants her supporters to show up and create a show of strength. We are to wear street clothes, no campaign t-shirts or buttons, etc. Invite your friends and family members to join us. And please let me know if you can be there. This is important!

and one other TV station that I know of.

Brimer is actually challenging Wendy Davis' right to be on the ballot, claiming she did not properly resign from FW City Council in time to file for the 2008 primary and elections.

this of course is hogwash, claptrap, balderdash and gutter rubbish.

The TV crewman (not channel 4)was very cool and obviously very sympathetic to Wendy ..he says in a voice over to the camera because he was doing both.."Aren't you getting a little tired of this, Wendy?"

Wendy Davis Responds to Kim Brimer's Questionable Lawsuit

The Davis campaign filed a response to Brimer's Xeroxed lawsuit today and coupled it with a few hot political zingers fired directly at the relatively unknown Republican:

"He thinks this lawsuit will hide his 20 years of failed leadership," Davis said. "To the contrary, it has highlighted it."

"We ask you to stop hiding behind your lawyers and your political consultants and step forward to demand that this lawsuit is handled immediately so we can move on to address the issues important to Tarrant County families," Davis said.

Come on Brimer, address the real issues you coward!
