So, I found a house, and a stellar sales manager who fell in love with
my son and has become a friend even. Not bad for a red state even. ;)

Now, please send all the get your crap together and sell that house in the most depressed real estate market in the world vibes that you can muster.

Again, thanks for all of your help. Hopefully, one more to the good by the new year in Texas.

3. Welcome to Texas!
Can you get here before the election? LOL. :hi:

Get involved in your local Dem groups -- I'm sure you'll find lots of likeminded friends. I live here, and ALL of my friends are Democrats! :D

11. I've found that red state does not mean unfriendly - Texans are very welcoming

Welcome, MrsG! Did you end up in the Spring area? How 'bout a pic of that house? :hi:

12. Would you believe I took a ton of pictures of the inside? But none of
the outside...? And me, a real estate appraiser.

It kind of looks like this:

With a lighter sunflower stone, and red brick.

13. Hey there. I didn't know about this.
Texas isn't all bad. There are some mighty fine dems here. We have just been overshadowed lately. Good vibes being sent.
