AUSTIN DU'ers: AM THROWING MONSTER MASH
Edited on Sun Apr-25-04 07:58 PM by mahayasmellbad
Plans in the works

Expect vodka or bad beer, DVDs to be viewed on a Compaq laptop, and just perhaps vegetarian 'cuisine' that will leave vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike something to be desired.

If you are interested in a wild time please send me several private messages that all say the same thing

EDIT: this is not a trap and i am not a weirdo

8. Antonin like Scalia?
You really have to change that name now. Scalia has pretty much ruined it for you. I like Danger for a middle name too. I say do it. We can all come to your name change court date and celebrate.

9. Yes, that is my secret shame
(Guess it's not so secret anymore.)

There I was, going through life with a name no one else has. Then BAM! one shows up and he's a total ass.

But I am warming to the idea of changing it now. I need to investigate how many hoops I need to jump through.

6. If you guys can let me know in advance
I'll try and make an appearance. I still have family down in Austin that I should be visiting more often and who also have a place I can stay at.

10. sure thing! be forewarned, though . . .
i may decide against showing a movie, in favor of wild, unmitigated debauchery à la efficiency apartment.

16. Oh Oh I want to vote for The Manchurain Candidate
How timely. The remake of this film is coming out this summer with Denzel Washington. We need a refresher.

Plus I think you can have movies and alcohol and bad conversation all at the same time, or close to it anyway.

17. I second this.
It's one I haven't seen yet anyway. And I think I'd be perfect for bad conversation.

18. that's 2 pro Manchurian Candidate
which includes the lovely Janet Leigh, and the inimitable Angela Lansbury. Nobody wants to fall asleep during Dr Zhivago, eh? Shame. Aren't you curious about Extensions From The Domain Of The Struggle? It's adapted from Houellebecq's first novel and is at times very, very funny in a cruel sort of way.
