Pete Sessions (R-Taliban) on Colbert Report
When the NRCC tapped Pete Sessions to be their top fundraiser, I wondered how long our Congressman would hold out before making an outrageous gaffe that would raise some cash for our side. Sure, Democrats would have preferred a 2010 "October Surprise," but don't worry. Having put up with his rants, raves and general stupidity since 2004, I can guarantee you that Sessions is just getting warmed up. There's more where this one came from.

On behalf of the citizens of the Taliban-occupied 32nd Texas Congressional District, it is my pleasure to share the comedy of Pete Sessions with the world--as told by Stephen Colbert on Tuesday's edition of The Word, clip position 2:13.
