Feeling like someone who appplied for a job and everyone else heard
back but me. I sent info about helping in Houston to moveon (where I was told help was needed at the polls) and have not heard back. I have finished my calling for my precinct here and have voted. I am ready to rock and roll. WHO needs me?

1. have you tried johnkerry.com?
i'm getting ready to head over there & volunteer. i keep getting calls to go to new mexico & be a lawyer, but i want to focus on getting out the vote here in south texas because i think we're going to swing this state for kerry & turn it blue again! :)

4. morrison needs you
They have a huge variety of things for volunteers to do:

www.morrisonfor22.com

It's also really fun. :) Better government without DeLay!

Jim Dougherty, office at 909 Kipling in the Montrose area, needs volunteers right now for his State Lege race too. www.jimfortexas.com
His opponent Martha W(r)ong voted to cut Children's Health Insurance. boo!

As for the Kerry campaign, at johnkerry.com you can learn about either being a Traveller -- up for a weekend road trip to Arkansas, which is a swing state? -- or making calls to get volunteers out in other swing states.

Good for you for wanting to get involved! & good luck!
