Webb Co. Activity for the day

we had a meeting at our unofficial HQ (because our local county chair is MIA & will be attending a "private election party" on tuesday) to put together signs & decide who's covering what precinct on tuesday morning. we made some "vote" signs as well, then stood out on the street corner (pretty busy intersection) for about 2 hours while others spread signs around. Most reactions were positive...had a few bushies boo me or thumbs down, i just waved at them. However, one decided that he'd stop his car at the light right beside me & kept yelling "bush no. 1" "bush is going to win" & crap like that. no problemo, i just planted myself there & put the kerry/edwards sign in front of my face so i didn't have to see him, but he had to see the sign, while i continued to smile & wave at other drivers who honked & gave thumbs up. :evilgrin: funny, as soon as i did that, he shut up reeeeeaaaal quick-like.

No sense wasting time on the ones that are too far gone. They only have 2 1/2 more days of being in charge anyway. Then they're all going to be crying in their beer.
