One last message before tomorrow...we've worked our butts off, we've walked our shoes off, we've phonebanked our ears off, but we still have one more day to push through. Tomorrow at this time, i hope to see the benefits of all our hard work in our various districts around texas and for kerry/edwards pay off big time. i look forward to watching the inauguration on jan. 20 w/shrubbie sitting in the background crying in his beer. :bounce:
i admit i am the eternal optimist and i am praying that kerry carries texas. dammit, we've worked hard enough, prayed hard enough, for that to happen!! i really love irony & i truly hope morrison takes down delay!!!!! :bounce:
one more day, folks, one more day!!! and then i'll hope to see you all at ren fest in a couple of weeks.

I just want to see some fruits from our labor! Tilt the popular vote more to our side. It's all about guiding the misguided, and GOTV. It can be done! No matter what happens here, I feel that our man will be the next President of the United States!

I'm headed out to put up signs and then be a human billboard.
TIME TO PACK GEORGE
WE'RE COMING
YOU'RE GOING
DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YA
WHERE THE GOOD LORD SPLIT YA!

whatever Dubya does, the neocons, the religious nutcase right, the PNACers, the bushistas in general will not be crying in their beer. Instead, they'll be plotting and planning: how to mess with Kerry, as they earlier did with Clinton; how to extend their political successes, in Congress, and back to the presidency; how to undermine American democracy, tolerance, separation of church and state, and all else that we hold dear. They won't just go away. If Kerry wins today, that is just the start of the next battle.
And don't forget that we also have to monitor Kerry and critique where necessary.
So, if, when, Kerry wins, let's celebrate. But then let's plan to get back to work.
