Just a question for all
Do you think Doggett is Presidential?
This guy is the poster boy Democrat--and if you think he is--how can we get him out there in the limelight.

I posted on another Kerry/Boxer 08 post and felt he would be a dynamic AG--but damn this guy is so Presidential and looks to be Teflon coated.
C'mon fellow Texans--we have to get the Bush smear off of our name.
We will HAVE to have a Southerner on the ticket to even have a chance..
Opinions please. If you are all in agreement then we need to get him out in the arena.

This is my post with his qualifications:

But does it even matter with electronic vote stealing ? We can't win a rigged game, no matter what. No matter how many volunteers there are, the amount of money donated, or anything else. If this electronic vote stealing isn't fixed we will never win again. We could run Jesus Christ and still lose with electronic vote stealing. Sorry, but I want our side to win again too and can't see it happening when the game is rigged.

2. I think its rigged too
But there are people working on that--Conyers, etc.
We have to get a candidate that the people will flock to.
Doggett also sponsored HR 2239 (the bill for verified voting).
His email to me said they were going to try to get it up for a vote again, so we will see.
I feel that the current administration will implode at some point in the not to distant future and I was trying to think of a southern candidate to put out there--nothing else is going to do for alot of the nation.
And besides...I'm kind of fond of Lloyd.
:bounce:

3. I could go with Lloyd, no problem.
It would be hard for the media to pigeonhole him and push him around.
