Does anyone know if the hearing will be public?
The Repukes are trying to get a hearing TODAY in US District Court to stop the hand recount in King County. Does anyone know if this hearing, should it happen, will be public, and if so, where it will be held? I want to go, if possible.

Looks like democracy isn't dead yet. Though they (GOP) are trying.

4. omigosh that's good news
Gregoire will surely pick up some votes. But I'm sure the repukes aren't finished with their litigation and disruption yet. Rossi's been prancing around pretending he's already won, and wouldn't it just be humiliating if he had to slink back into his corner now!
