Must be getting to election time...I got a response letter from Kohl

In 2.5 years of writing, calling, emailing, and hand-delivering items to his office, I have never had a response from the man. Now, I got an email response to my letter about Mercury emissions.

Anyone else heard from him about anything?

1. I've gotten a few responses over the past couple of years

but mainly form letter type responses to my e-mail or snail mail communications.

I don't write to him much because he's just not swayable. Not really worth the effort most of the time unless I want to show support for his vote or statement on a particular issue.

2. I have never gotten

a real letter.I did get an E-Mail once.Feingold always responds and petrie,but that's because he hates me.

He never responds to me. :shrug:

Tammy Baldwin, on the other hand, always writes me back -- and most amazingly, often on topic with what I originally wrote to her about (as if she'd actually read my letter).

5. I get a letter

from Feingold everytime.I haven't written to him since he went national,but before then he always did.It sometimes took 4 months to get a response but it always arrives sooner or later.

4. Herb Kohl got me into the Air National Guard

I couldn't get in because I had a medical issue which wasn't true, so they wouldn't even give me a entry physical. Kohl's office got me a waiver so I could get a physical.

this was quite a while ago.. (First Bush was pres at the time)
