Obama events happening in Wisconsin this weekend?
My county supervisor was telling me that there will be an Obama house party/event this weekend on Oklahoma Avenue in Milwaukee. However, I haven't seen it on Obama's site. Which brings me to DU...

What Obama events are happening near you this weekend?

Thanks!

Jason.

2. I got flak for suggesting people e-mail their county supervisors...
On a local listserv, someone was asking when a wading pool was open. I said (in so many words) "email your county supervisors, they can tell you." Evidently my attempt to be inclusive was seen as condescending, and one of the standard-bearers on the list wrote me with minor words of scolding for that.

Here, the table has turned. As I said, I didn't see the event my sup had told me about. That's why I asked, as I'm not interested in the "official" word. But asking people in the community to talk about whats going on, and hopefully get excited about it. That would be good for Obama, and good for us all in the long run. :grouphug:

3. May I have you attention please...
We have two (count 'em TWO) Obama house parties in Brookfield (yes, BROOKFIELD) on Saturday. One at 4:00 and one at 7:00. I'm going to both! If you live in Brookfield or Elm Grove, go to http://my.barackobama.com for all the details.

6. Update
We have THREE events scheduled for tomorrow: 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

I'm going to attend all three because I'm a party slut and I don't care who knows it.
