Submitted by Anonymous on Wed, 11/17/2004 - 8:33pm. Civil Liberties | WI | Dane County | Madison
Date:
Tomorrow - Friday, November 19 2004 from 7 to 9 am
Location:

Sponsored By:
Badgers for Democracy
Web Site for more information:
www.nostolenelections.org or www.nov3.us

We Picket to Demand Clean, Fair, and Accountable
Elections. We object to all forms of voter
suppression. We object to the lack of paper trail in
electronic voting. We object to handing over vote
counts and voter registration to private corporations.
We demand that every vote be counted to the extent
possible, that audits be conducted to verify the vote
count, that voting machines and codes be tested, and
that efforts be made to restore faith and
accountability in the electoral process. These changes
are necessary to ensure a just and effective
democracy.

Join us. Dress warm, bring signs (everyone should bring
their own signs, though there may be a few extras).
Bring big umbrellas if it may rain. Bring friends!
