I have a question about Jim Sensenbrenner
Did he vote for the exemption Tom DeLay is now enjoying?

Or against?

I can't find zilch oe way or the other.

1. Looking...what was the nature of the bill?
Do you remember anything about the way it was worded or the date on which they voted for it?

Charges no longer a bar to leadership

By Charles Babington and Helen Dewar, Washington Post

WASHINGTON -- Emboldened by their election successes, House Republicans changed their rules yesterday to allow majority leader Tom DeLay of Texas to keep his post even if a grand jury indicts him.

4. Doesn't look to be something on the roll call
Since it is a rules change and not a roll call vote, I don't know how to look it up in the Congressional Record. Anyone have a solution for this?

3. Sensenbrenner only
responds in writing to letters from contituents.

Josh Marshall over on Talking Points Memo www.talkingpointsmemo.com is putting together a list of how each member of congress voted.

It seems to me it's time to begin tying "ethics" to "morals" and begin holding these guys accountable to the moral high ground they purport to hold.

5. I would be willing to bet my bottom dollar he voted for it
He is a pig. A complete waste of a human being (like most pukes I've come to know). He will not help our cause.
