Freepers planning counter protest in Madison on Jan 19th
This was buried in another post, and I thought it should be highlighted!

WARNING TO THOSE GOING TO DC FROM THE MEMORIAL UNION:
Freepers are planning a counter protest outside the UW Memorial Union on Wednesday January 19, 4:30pm.

I hope Madison will "welcome" these creeps appropriately.

1. Counter Protest?
They have everything what do they have to protest?

"Fight the Good Fight!" from one of the posters on Freepersvill, what fight are they going to instigate?

11. I was wondering that during the campaign
Here in Oshkosh they came out to protest John Edwards... I was like "Wait a second, he's not dictating any policies of our country right now exactly why are they protesting him?"

It's like protesting the team's mascot just to get to the one member of the team you don't like.

4. If ten people show
It will be a success in their minds. I have seen many of these counter demonstration go for naught. Except in Wausau WI where the Right wing nut-o-meter is in the red zone.

6. Last inauguration at the Madison protest a few counter-p's showed up
and their absurd jeers and idiotic comments were roundly beaten down by intelligence and wit. They disappeared quickly. It was glorious.

7. its the crazy nutty protest warriors to worry about
but they are such puss** they dont even get their own permit they just invade liberals peaceful movements and start trouble. ugh what a bunch of losers. I remember when the freepers were trying to organize a protest during the RNC they couldn't get more then 100 or so people to go and then came the warrior's!!!! ta da! and you know the cops were very nice to these bastards. they were forced to stay on the side walk because they had no permit but held disgusting signs and yelled obesities and when the marchers yelled back...well you know the rest. they are just corn balls.

http://www.protestwarrior.com/ some fun photos at the site.

and from their site:

The Fifth Column is planning to infiltrate the inauguration and send a message 'against genocide'. That it's their principles that have been responsible for all of the genocide of the past century doesn't seem to have fazed them. Your mission, should you decide to accept, is to protect the President from these character assassins. We'll be right along the motorcade route on Pennsylvania Ave.

8. They're going to protest people getting on a bus?
Thats a bizarre notion of a protest.

"Don't be like the Silent Majority in the 60's and 70's Demand Kerry be ousted from the US Senate! There is no need to impeach Hanoi Kerry from the US Senate He is there illegally! Kerry was an illegal candidate and is an illegal US Senator per US Constitution 14th Amendment Section 3"

These people are out of touch with reality.
