Brat Time!

I have been really, really good about staying on my "heart healthy" diet but I think I'm gonna fall off the wagon for a good cause.

it's being run by the Respiratory Therapy Dept of St. Joe's Hospital as their fund-raiser....

sooooooo.....

Don't tell the resident "food nazi"......I'll have to eat Kashi Cereral for dinner tonight to make up for it.....

3. That dawned on me too.....

When I got mine, the guy who was working the counter (a good Democratic friend of mine) explained to a lady working with him that I had been one of their "clients" and also the circumstances....

She actually gasped when she saw me take a bite of the brat:

Oh well, that' the first time I've fallen off the wagon....no breafast this morning and Kashi for dinner tonight....at least it was for a good cause...
