2. Saw Posner on the Daily Show the other night

His book made for an interesting discussion, but he seems to have stopped short in not outright criticizing the maladministration. I missed Kathleen's show today. Maybe his hand was forced during the hour call-in program.

I'm not sure that Ralph Nader is the best mascot for impeachment but I imagine it will be almost as interesting as today's discussion of the 14 traits of facist governments.
