I wonder why Gard's website is down?

Could it be too much bad mail?I tried 3 times to get his site and got 404.Maybe he doesn't want to hear from us!?

3. He was still paying for it with his mileage check he gets for the

daily Madison-Peshtigo trip. What? He lives in Sun Prairie? He lies and takes money from the taxpayers? Well, someone has to pay for that website.
