3 car/truck accident on I90 near Rockford.

Three people dead, burned beyond recognition. Any other info??

1. God I hate that

stretch of road....

traveled it often....traffic is always AWFUL!

2. Was it near

where 39 breaks off to head south? If so, that is one of the spots I dread most when I'm hauling my daughter and her horses. Traffic lines up for miles to hit that damned tollbooth at the top of the ramp. Just STUPID!

very well.....it's dangerous as hell becasue everybody thinks they're going to be "first" in line for the toll booth....

4. Lefta, they removed that toll booth, but left the crazy curve.

People still have to slow down in a hurry to make the turn and then thread their way through the old toll booth gate still standing there.

Hate that too in a car, let alone a horse trailer. Hit it pulling the ponies at the start of June on our way to Hoosier and had to remind very careful driver about 3 times to slow down, slow down, slow down for that curve.

Don't know if that's the wreck site, but I wouldn't be surprised. What a disaster!
