Corporate Whore paying big $$$ to name local schools after Reagan

MUSKEGO - The Muskego-Norway School District will become the second district in Waukesha County to consider renaming a school after the late President Ronald Reagan, Superintendent Richard Drury said this morning.

The proposal follows a company’s offer of a $60,000 donation for the project.

"I think the board just wants to discuss this in an open meeting and see where it takes us," said Drury. "There really hasn’t been discussion on a specific building."

The money would be split evenly between the districts, Ziegler said. In order to qualify for the money, the district would have to agree to accept the terms by July 31 and have the school dedicated by Oct. 31.

Some dude from Musk (could be the same one) offered up to $60k if they'd rename New Berlin West HS but there was such an outcry the School Board voted it down.

Unfortunately, they are now considering naming the school that will replace the school my children attend, after Reagan.

While that dismays me, I was glad to learn I wasn't the only Dem in the city --- I was beginning to wonder!

Isn't The other High School in New Berlin named Eisenhower?

Wasn't he a Republican?
