Did Bishop's Creek Profit From Last Year's Arson?
Was there a conflict of interest at Wisconsin Department of Commerce?

For those that do not know...this is the third part in an ongoing investigative report. It started as a critique on the faith based initiative and on Sedgwick Daniels' switch to Bush in '04. As we looked closer, we just kept finding more...Take a look, I'd like your input!

to answer one of your questions, I've never seen a grant program where eligibility was limited by the grantee being subject of a criminal investigation. Why? Because it is BEYOND belief that somebody would be applying for grant funds while under investigation but I've known of three cases where that clause would have come in handy.
