...Svend gets things done regardless of whether or not he's in gov't, will Hedy? And he's a damn good constituency MP. I suppose if someone is really that annoyed by the ring thing, then there's not much that can be done, but he stirs things up, in a way that most politicians don't. But so many people either love him or hate him that it's just hard to really change minds either way. I don't really have anything against Hedy, cause once upon a time she was my doctor, but I just don't think she can compete. I mean that in the sense of bringing an issue into the spotlight, and going to bat for people most politicians wouldn't touch with a ten foot poll. Take the whole Sue Rodrigeuz thing for instance.

Anyhow, did anyone here the funny rumour from Scuzzulbut, I mean, Mike Duffy how the Liberals asked Svend R., Ian Waddell and Libby Davies (who is in an NDP stronghold btw!) to step aside so the Liberals could "stop the Conservatives". If anyone connected to the Liberal campaign actually did that, that would be hilarious!
