The real reason Harper wants to be Prime Minister

I'm listening to Harper and he scares the shit out of me. He plans a wholesale makeover of the structure of our government. He's such a control freak, and I really believe the most important thing to him is to redesign Canada's government in his perception of what it should be!...I have a gut feeling that is the main reason he wants to be Prime Minister!

But I can hardly believe the media, they are so bloody biased.

BUT, something to chew on, why are they stressing about how well the Conservatives are polling in Quebec?
Why just Quebec?
