Even now the CPC is bragging about thier Conference Board of Canada endorsement (which they had to salvage at 11pm last night after Paul Darby poked man-size holes in thier endorsement).

The thing is, they've bitten off too much.

Six days since platform launch; still no independent costing

OTTAWA – In an attempt to mask the fact that they have not yet had their platform costed by independent economic experts, the Liberal war room today sent out a rambling missive on how budget forecasting is done by the Government of Canada (Liberal Part Fact Check, January 16, 2006). Conservative MP Monte Solberg said that by dodging the call to put their platform numbers to the test of independent expert analysis, the Liberals conceded that they have no intention of ever doing so.

it seems that the Alliance forgot to include a few proposals when they had an outside source do a costing of their platform:
