I've plugged my car's block heater in twice this winter.
And I live in Saskatchewan. Usually by the middle of February it's been plugged in 60 days straight.

1. I'm in NW Ontario
and haven't plugged my vehicle in yet. Hubby's truck has been plugged in twice (both times were this week)

2. I haven't even done it yet this winter
and I'm in Edmonton.

It's supposed to be 10 on Sunday. :scared:

My allergies are also crazy from this weather. I haven't had this bad of a flare up in years. How convenient that the only thing that helped them...a homeopathic preparation...isn't being manufactured anymore. x(

4. I've got basically no snow
Edited on Sat Feb-11-06 04:25 PM by TrogL
There's a few stray blotches on my front yard.

Normally this time of year I've got several FEET of snow and the alley is 4-5 inches deep in ice. The alley is bare and dry.

No conservative around here dares deny global warming.

(on edit)

and no, I haven't used my block heater once.

5. I live in a snow belt in Ont
and this had been the warmest weather I've seen in many years....until last weekend! We ended up with 80 cms of snow in less than 3 days! We're near Owen Sound, where many in the area lost power for 2 days.... I missed a day's vacation last week due to road closures.

Looks like last weekend made up for the lack of snow in Dec/Jan.
