8. Do you mean state as in United or as in sovereign?

If you mean as in sovereign, we really ought to invade and conquer St. Pierre and Miquelon, as they're still officially French colonies, and they really ought to be part of Canada. I also think we should annex Cuba so we have a containing presence around the US. ;)

When we're done that, we should go to the Middle East and cajole them into behaving themselves, since that's what Canadians are good at. :)
