Yes, I enjoy fast driving and I love TG, but Jezza is hardly worthy of an honorary degree and fully deserved the pieing. And may I say how refreshing it was to read the literate, well-written comments on the petition site.

Frankly, Oxford, with one of the strongest Green parties in the UK, was the wrong place to invite him! And I'm glad the students expressed their views with a pie or two. They actually have to do some studying and thinking to get their degrees; why should he get one just because he's a celebrity?
