Found this via a reader's letter on the BBC Radio4 web site ...

I listened with interest to Mr Clarke's new anti-terror proposals and wondered exactly whom the proposed laws would affect and how Mr Clark intends to enforce such legislation. A quick trawl of the Internet would suggest that Mr Clarke would presumably be intending to put some pretty big fish behind bars for "acts preparatory to terrorism".
These big fish might include the US Government and Amazon.com.
The US Government Manual TM 31-210, Improvised Munitions Handbook (Paperback) by Department of Defence is on sale from Amazon.com for $17.99. This publication by the US Department of Defence, explains clearly ands with picture how to make explosives out of household stuff, detonators, bullets and guns. When I checked there were just 3 left but "more are on the way", say Amazon.com.
