SFO unlawful in ending BAE probe
The High Court has ruled that the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) acted unlawfully by dropping a corruption inquiry into a £43bn Saudi arms deal.
...
In handing down the decision on Thursday, one of the judges, Lord Justice Moses, told the High Court that the director of the SFO had failed to assure them that everything had been done to meet the rule of law.

"No one, whether within this country or outside, is entitled to interfere with the course of our justice," he said.

"It is the failure of government and the defendant to bear that essential principle in mind that justifies the intervention of this court."

The SFO is "considering the implications". I'd hope that interfere with the course of justice would mean resignations, and a criminal investigation into peace envoy, lecturer in faith and globalisation, and founder of the faith foundation which aims to solve the world's problems through peaceful talking, and not by arming a fundamentalist regime which demands bribes for its pampered princes, oh no, not at all, Anthony Blair.

But it won't. Blair will just continue to pick up millions for shooting his mouth off about how faith can solve things, and no-one will remind him how he paid a bunch of rich bastards in the region he claims to be bringing peace to so that he could arm them further. When a 'faith outreach' consists of bribing Wahhabi despots to waste their country's money on overpriced arms, and then kow-towing to them when they want it covered up, you know that Blair's idea of 'faith' is complete BS.
