Neo-Nazi charged with terror offences
A man arrested at Lowestoft railway station in Suffolk has been charged with a series of terrorism offences.

Neil Lewington, 43, of Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, is accused of having two improvised explosive devices contrary to the Terrorism Act 2006.

Mr Lewington is also suspected of having a UK members' handbook for the Nazi Waffen SS.

Mr Lewington is also charged with having seven timers, weedkiller and firelighters, as well as having a book entitled Counter Bomb.
