barring a wash out. The Australians merely played with the poor English. It was as clinical as it was comical, particularly after all that hype. <edit - add phrase>

won't make a difference. What was comical is that McGrath told Trescothick that he would be his 500th wickets and it worked like clockwork. Once the top four are removed or even three for spit, the match is over. Further, the psychological battering after this match will make things progresively worse for the England team. They don't have a chance here and their own commentators and journalists will descend like vultures starting tonight. After the second test, they'll start attacking Vaughan and calling for his head. I hate the Australian team but damn they play great cricket.
