So soon after Robin. These are sad, sad times.

Not unexpected, but absolutely tragic. What a loss.

7. What
Terribly sad news to wake up to this morning. Mo was fab, and like Robin Cook, she'll never be forgotten. Not only was she a GREAT NI Secretary, but she was a lovely person and she was loved by the people. It's so unfair that she's been taken so early

Godspeed Mo, you and Robin have gone to a better, more peaceful world.

8. Two of the rarest traits in modern politicians
Honour and genuine popularity.

When she spoke - you knew full well that she meant every word.

When she met people - you could tell that they liked her, and that this was nothing to do with spin-doctors playing nasty tricks.

10. She will be greatly missed.
If only more politicians were as courageous as Ms. Mowlam. I will always appreciate all she did to keep The Peace Process and GFA moving forward. She was an amazing woman.
