From speaking to chappette at the bookies, they will pay out when one candidate concedes or when the result is finalised... She wasn't that much help.

5. One of my friends did

He is an American ( Democrat of good standing ) who voted in California. I gave him some info on how the polls were breaking for Kerry and he had a flutter. He was quite pleased with his price too.
