It's ridiculous. If you want them to work together, it does no good to pit them against one another, arguing about who's right and who's wrong, who's the good guy and who's the bad guy, etc. For those who say their goal is simply for Bev to reveal the information to Keith, wouldn't the better course of action be to write both of them, asking them to put aside any misunderstandings and work together for the cause? Doesn't that make more sense the spurring on more fighting between them?

from florida here..we know we have been robbed in two previous elections..and we dems here have been blamed of not doing enough, not fighting hard enough..well that can not be said for this election...as a delegate we had m.moore come to our fdp breakfast in boston and promise us we would not be ignored and forgotten in this election...well it is now almost a month since the election..and the dnc is silent of what went on here again...we the locals were deserted right after the election, and we know this election wasn't right..we know it..but we have no where to turn...i cant say we can over turn this election..i dont know that, but i do know there have been only 2 people fighting to help us, and thats bev and keith...thats it folks...and if we ever ever want an election and our votes to really count, we need these people ...we need people willing to hear what we saw and experienced, we need someone willing to look below the surface...we are not getting that from the democratic party..they are helpless here with jeb..please understand that.,they are helpless...
all we grassrooters have been so frustrated, because no one wants to hear it anymore..people have moved on, why because they are getting used to having their votes stolen..and its been allowed to happen, and the people here know they can fight till the sun sets over the ocean..but no one will do anything to expose the lies and deciet and the stealing of our elections..

please please..let bev and keith iron out whats going on , and let us get the microscope look we need..let us get this on mainstream tv...

i would go out speaking about it and i got faces of blank stares...and confusion..but the most asked question i would get is ..why isn't this on tv news...i had to fight to prove to them i wasnt nuts...and that was even with dem poll workers and dec members....

so please let this get exposed for once and for all...i dont say dont debate..but let bev and keith do what they do best..and lets get this on tv and let people discuss it at their tables at night..there are so many seniors down here who dont do computer..so they have no idea this election was filled with all sorts of anomolies...
and it sure isnt hitting our front pages down here!!
and any exposure it has gotten has fallen into the tin foil garbage!

... but it's a little maddening to wait for DAYS for voter fraud updates on the BBV website, visiting every day with no new info, but they can be right on top of updating us on how KO is wrong.

I wonder what perception a newcomer would have... you stumble across BBV website after reading about her in some article, or ever after hearing about her on Countdown, and this is the first thing you read. (Honestly asking, not being glib)

Throwing a tomato at Olbermann was never a good idea. The proper response would have simply been to say it was all a misunderstanding and offer to come on the show.

I missed her offer the first time around but it is not surprising since it was buried in several paragraphs of insults toward KO.

She should have risen above the fray from the beginning.

She shouldn't be condemning him or demanding an apology, as valid as that critcism may be. He gave her an opening the size of the Grand Canyon to get on the show. She should have walked straight through it. Instead, she seems to be trying to close it off.

WITHOUT explanation after clearing her schedule, which could not have been easy to do, I think she has the right to be very skeptical about what MSNBC might be up to. I'm NOT carrying any water here for either Harris or KO. And it may be that KO is trying to do his best with bosses who aren't entirely in HIS corner. Both KO and Harris are in stuff spots. I think the suggestions posted here to use e-mails to help build bridges between KO and Harris are good.

...Bev Harris is handling this badly.

She claims she was asked to appear Nov 5th and 8th but was canceled both times. KO claims she was asked to appear on Nov 8th. He claims the show "didn’t cancel on her" but simply wanted to reschedule her for another time.

KO claims the show has asked her to appear with her videotapes of "the voting tapes Bev Harris found discarded in the trash in Florida" and that BH has declined. BH denies the show has asked her to appear since Nov 8th.

So what's the problem?

If KO wants her to appear on the show with the videotapes, and BH wants to appear on the show with the videotapes, why doesn't she simply allow the possibility KO proposed (that simple communication failures were the culprit), and publicly accept his public invitation to appear on the show and bring the videotapes?

If BH does not wish to appear on the show and show the videotapes for some strategic reason -- I won't try to guess what that may be -- then there's still no problem, right? Whether or not KO's show ever really invited her, she would have declined anyway.

However, if BH does not wish to appear simply because she is angry with KO for the alleged earlier cancellations, I think she is being petty. If it's strategically in the best interest to show those tapes, why would she decline an offer from the only media offering to air them? I mean, if she had a better offer from another show, that would be one thing. If she's sitting on the tapes just because of her bruised ego, that's pretty low.

(I posted this on the other thread, but since this thread sort of replaces that other one and appeared while I was responding on the other thread, I thought I should post here as well.)

And by the way, I don't think Rove has anything to do with this mess. I think this is all about someone's ego.

26. Read more carefully. The videotapes were already provided

His whole deal about the LePore videotapes makes no sense, either the assertion that they can prove something time-sensitive about voting machine fraud or that they weren't produced.

There are two kinds of materials, and you guys are mixing them up:

1) The Volusia county POLL TAPES (not videotapes).
2) A videotape of giving Theresa LePore a copy of the lawsuit we filed on her, which, by the way, was done at an event billed as LePore giving a speech on records retetion, not an event called her "farewell tribute" or whatever they said it was.

We provided that videotape immediately, and it does not support any of the allegations KO made -- there was no "crashing" no "rushing" no "screaming" -- the whole thing took at most 30 seconds.

We did not provide the Poll Tapes because they never asked, but we did provide them to CNN to videotape, because they did ask to cover us while we were in Volusia, though they didn't use the Volusia story, but just generic interview material.

There are videotapes of the Volusia County trash, but we do not have or own those tapes. They are owned by the Votergate producers, and I think the tapes are in Los Angeles at the moment. To the best of my knowledge, KO has never contacted the Votergate producers at all.

There has been no "opportunity" to go on his show; I called his producers before posting on BBV this morning and got only their voicemail. When I called back, I was told they are in a meeting. What offer to go on the show?

The real meaning of all this is that we are getting darn close to something sensitive. We're excited about that.

From over here, we're not in a position to know everything that's going on.

You know damn well Bev's not stupid and that she's no pushover.

And if for some reason she did make a mistake, well, darn, she's only been working nonstop under an amazing amount of stress we can only imagine from our comfy little computer terminals.

Cut Bev some slack and let her do her thing!
