It sounds like the main thrust of this is to present credible evidence that the results of the election might be in question. Based on that they are hoping for 2 things. First, to get disclosure of exit poll raw data and probably other information (but the raw exit poll data seems to be the most important). Second, to possibly contest the idea that December 13 is a "drop-dead" date past which Ohio's electors can't be changed.
