1. There was some miscommunication

Olbermann's staff and Bev or Bev's staff or Bev's answering machine got their lines crossed regarding her appearing on the show. Some misunderstandings about whether or not she was asked to appear, whether or not she refused to appear, and whether or not she personally owns the rights to a video followed.

Meanwhile, she is moving ahead with her recount stuff, while Keith is moving ahead with his Fraud coverage stuff.

6. How do we recruit and UTILIZE the BBV'er out there...

Like about 3500 other people I joined BBV only AFTER the last election. (BTW, I think that's a bit of why Bev is so "grouchy" lately -- she feels like "her" movement has been co-opted by latecomers, rather than seeing this as a major vindication for her).

Anyway, the "forums" over at BBV are stocked with a number of great and interested people who WANT to get involved, and were doing so, until things got a bit "messy" over there.

Is there a place for us in DU? We're not "Bev Clones." We just want justice and a serious investigation into VOTE FRAUD.

7. Bev was swiftboated by Keith Oblermann

which brought out the freepers, who kicked up a shit storm and thus getting Bev banned (yet not the freepers).

Regardless of the patience Bev showed this week, I guess she didn't toady enough to the sacred cow Keith and a few others.

btw, she did Mike Webb's radio show last night. Funny that Mike had no problems talking to her and yet Keith's staff is so stupid they can't figure out how to send an email.

Bev should set up a livejournal for her updates. She can make the comments friends only, and it's easy to use.

15. A journal's permissions are separate for reading and commenting

a livejournal for announcing updates can be access from any computer by Bev. And anyone can read a livejournal. You can even add the journal to your RSS reader. I read a few journals that way.

Commenting is a separate issue. And since as can be seen here at DU, freepers comment too, and cause shitstorms that have nothing to do with the work or conversation.
