credit a BAPTIST organization study that shows abortions up during the bush* administration....it was during the second hour and I'm sorry I can't be more specific about the soruce.

I read about how the approach of B* and abstinence in Texas has failed miserably. Unfortunately, I looked for it but can't find it. I don't have search capabilities yet. It talked specifically and statistically about what a failure this approach has been in Texas.
