Are house mems allowed to vote on their own challenge? |
|
If a challenge to the election ( think 9/11 ) gets a senator this time, if I am correct, it is decided in the house. And they control the house. But if the challenge includes not only Bush/Cheney but also enough of the congress to assure us the majority? Are they excluded from voting on their own challenge? Just a thought. I may be completely wrong.
