Imagine if 500,000 people from every state across the US were out protesting today

That would be a lot of people. A lot of voices.

It's good for us to pow-wow online. It's good to gather information. It's good to do research. It's good to know the statistics. It's good to write letters to congressman and journalists. It's good to follow the news, both main-stream and independent.

But we also have to get outside and spread the word, be the voices!

The most important discovery in Human History.
The elections are rigged. All of them are.
They don't even count paperless votes. They have trapped your Voice inside a computer. The only way to break their stupid game is to write in "peace" on paper ballots and make them count them in front of you.

None of the issues they talk about are important enough to let them prevent you from voting for peace.
Demand Paper Ballots. demand they be counted.
Never let them steal your voice again.

This was posted this morning from Progressive Democrats of Amercia. Read his post- they are putting the coalition together. We need to support them and get behind their efforts! They are mobilizing 26 coalition partners around the voting fraud issue (see below). Please read this and get in touch with them. This could help us jump start this into action! Kevin from PDAmerica.org here. We are in DC right now giving a presentation to 26 coalition partners to mobilize them around the issue of the voting fraud in ohio. We are getting them to pack the hearings on wed. We came together and pulled funds together to get a “state of the art” action software in which we will be utilizing to help get the word out to the media, members of congress, etc.

I am having staff write up the actions now.

I am in a break out session now to task out the techy stuff, and will be there for the next few hours.

This will be a huge blitz campaign starting tomorrow. Conyers is sticking his neck out again (like in 2000) and PDA and its activist base, and YOU will be there to support him. We want to get the buzz about this far and wide, so that Conyers can take the hearing TO OHIO!

We want to hear from you.. the activists as well

Draft your best Letter to Congress to urge members to join in on this action. Get them to attend the hearings on Wednesday (see details here: http://www.truthout.org/docs_04/120404W.shtml )

Ask them to sign on to the GAO Letter calling for the investigation!

Then draft a letter to the media urging them to cover this!

We are taking several letters from the grassroots, several from our staff, several from policy wonks, and want several from you all to go to our committee. We will then use those for an urgent action we hope to put online tonight.

So you all... the best letters ... bring them on.. post them here please!!!! we got the back end of the software online thus far. And will be in several meetings to finalize it. Time is a wasting! We need to hear from you! The online grassroots!

I know there is a push here to bombard the media, but, I am doubtful that these efforts will yield much in the way of media cooperation.

I had an experience recently where I posted an email to a mailing list I participate in expressing disappointment with Lou Dobbs and his (1) reporting on Bush's mandate and (2) his neglect of voting irregularities. I asked the group if anyone else was feeling the way I was.

Well, one group member sent my email to one of Lou's main reporters. The response he got back was very telling. Basically, this reporter said that I should know that Lou is reporting on issues such as broken borders (true), and that their ratings were excellent. He said that I should get a massage and chill.

Well, this told me that if the reporters from this show who in the past covered such controversial issues as "Exporting America" can be so callous about the feelings of their formerly loyal viewers, then what about all the other networks/shows that don't stick their necks out on controversial issues?

I haven't watched Lou Dobbs since the week after the election, and I don't plan on ever watching it again.

So, Amycrat, it IS up to us. We have to make a noise so loud and so repetitive that no one, no one, can ignore us.

We MUST take other action.

Here is a Declaration of Intent that we all need to demand that our "leaders" sign on to.

It's one thing to sit on your hands (ala Jan. 6th 2001) while no one is watching. But it's quite another to be put on the spot to do your duty, or fail to, and then have to look in the mirror every morning.

They must be shamed.
