3. The "official" attendance at the rally yesterday

was challenged. Larry said that there had to be at least 1,500 attendees there. I know this could (and should) have been higher given the serious nature of this issue, but, at least, he validated that the "corporate" media underestimates -- again.

He said the judge may have ruled differently if Kerry had been more involved in the process, have you heard this anywhere else?

Thus, judge said there will be no harm to them if recounts start after votes are certified. On the other hand, if Kerry asked for recount in OH, it could have been different. But Kerry did not ask for a recount.
